Intense Pulse Light

Intense Pulse Light, or IPL, is a skin rejuvenation treatment that reduces the appearance of age spots, flushing and sun-damaged skin. This procedure also improves mild acne scars, dark circles around the eyes and skin texture. IPL can be done as a spot treatment or on an entire area. We typically recommend a series of treatments, typically 3, for best results. This highly effective treatment involves little or no down time, which means you can resume your normal activities immediately.

Omnilux

As we grow older, the cells that manufacture the skin’s supportive structures begin to slow down.  Environmental damage from the sun’s rays speed the process and produce free radicals that damage the skin and cells that produce collagen and elastin.

  Omnilux combination light therapy targets specific cells which are responsible for blending and repairing the skin’s supportive structures, leading to a softening of fine lines, more evened skin tone, and overall improved appearance of the skin.  This technology is based on narrowband Light Emitting Diodes, or LED’s.  Omnilux Revive and Omnilux Plus are used for treatment of a wide range of skin conditions including, but not limited to, sun damage, redness, wrinkles, wound healing and skin revitalization.

Photodynamic Therapy

This advancement in cosmetic medicine significantly smooths the skin and improves texture and tone for men, women and teenagers. Improvement is typically noticeable after the first treatment. This involves the application of a photo sensitive topical which is later activated, or turned on, by a combination of lights which rejuvenate all the layers of the skin. Typically three treatments 4-6 weeks apart provide optimal results.
